Good pillow, but too high for my neck

I love the Talalay latex for the quality, and that there is no smell. However, it is too high for my neck. I wish the company would make it in a 3" version, instead of just 5.5". They do have a "slim" version, but it is not even the same kind of pillow. It measures 2.5" and the back side is completely flat, so you can not turn it in over for use. The company basically took this 5.5" version and cut it in half for the slim.

Finally sleeping well again

Got the standard soft and the height is just right - perfect mix of plush and supportive. My neck pain is basically gone. Love that it stays cool through the night thanks to the little vent holes, and the Tencel cover feels super soft. Holds its shape really well too, no flattening. Packaging felt like a gift. Cool-temperature outer cover
Set name: UltraCool Pillow 2-Pack, King - Soft/Medium, Item length width: 40.0 Inches
The pillows (set of2) are easily fluffed and adjusted to personal desire. The outer cover is cool to the touch. I do not feel "cooler" with the pillow, but it does not get hot like some. I'm a side sleeper and sleep comfortably with the Slumber Cloud. I would buy these again.
Con: pillow cover is slick, so pillow cases slide off.
